سياسة الاسترجاع

  • سياسة الـ 14 يوماً: يحق للعميل استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، مغلفاً، ولم يتم فتحه أو استخدامه.

  • الاستثناءات الصحية: لا يمكن استرجاع أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه حفاظاً على السلامة العامة، إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة.

  • سياسة الـ 30 يوماً (العيوب أو التلف): في حالة استلام منتج تالف أو غير مطابق للمواصفات، يحق للعميل استبداله أو استرجاعه خلال 30 يوماً.

  • مصاريف الشحن: تتحمل DEOC كافة مصاريف الشحن فقط في حالة وجود خطأ أو عيب في المنتج. أما في حالات "تغيير الرأي"، يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن المرتجع.

  • إثبات الشراء: يجب إرفاق أصل الفاتورة أو إيصال الاستلام مع طلب الاسترجاع.

  • طريقة رد الأموال: يتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية (بطاقة ائتمان، محفظة إلكترونية، أو تحويل بنكي في حالة الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام).

  • العروض والمجموعات: عند استرجاع منتج كان جزءاً من "مجموعة" (Bundle) أو عرض خاص، يجب إعادة المجموعة كاملة بحالتها الأصلية وتغليفها المصنع.

  • الهدايا المجانية: في حالة استرجاع منتج مصحوب بهدية مجانية، يجب إعادة الهدية مع المنتج.

  • الخصومات: عند استرجاع طلب تم استخدام كود خصم فيه، يتم رد المبلغ الذي دفعه العميل فعلياً بعد تطبيق الخصم، وليس القيمة الأصلية للمنتج.

  • خطوات الاسترجاع: يرجى التواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أو صفحاتنا على منصات السوشيال ميديا مع إرفاق رقم الطلب.

  • 14-Day Return Policy: Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, sealed, and has not been opened or used.

  • Hygiene Exceptions: For public safety and hygiene, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • 30-Day Policy (Defects or Damage): If a product is damaged or does not match specifications, the customer is entitled to an exchange or return within 30 days.

  • Shipping Fees: DEOC covers all shipping costs only in cases of product error or defect. For "change of mind" returns, the customer bears the return shipping fees.

  • Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or delivery receipt must be attached to the return request.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Credit Card, E-wallet, or Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery).

  • Bundles and Offers: When returning an item that was part of a "Bundle" or special offer, the entire set must be returned in its original condition and factory packaging.

  • Free Gifts: If a return includes a product that came with a free gift, the gift must be returned with the product.

  • Discounts: For returns involving a discount code, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid by the customer after the discount, not the original product price.
